Ever since we lost the cable Friday night around 1am I am no longer able to get in to the modem's diagnostic page on 192.168.100.1.
The cable has been back since Saturday morning and the internet and phone has been working great.
Some troubleshooting steps that I've did was;
1. cleared browser cache
2. cleared DNS cache
3. ipconfig /release
4. ipconfig /renew
5. release the IP address on the router
6. renew the IP address on the router
7. powered down the router
8. powered up the router

I keep getting the same messages.
Internet Explorer is saying;
This page can't be displayed

Make sure the web address »192.168.100.1 is correct.
Look for the page with your search engine.
Refresh the page in a few minutes.

and Firefox;
The connection has timed out

The server at 192.168.100.1 is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
