I wish that Bell would re-label the two APTN channels for the individual station and not for the network. It's my understanding that channel 269, APTNs, is actually the feed for CHTY Yellowknife. Similarly, channel 270, APTNn, is the feed for CHWT Whitehorse.

But they carry the logo for APTN, surely if they were just the feed from the locals you mention, they would carry their logo's.?

APTN HD is a separate feed as well.
They all originate from Winnipeg.

Yes, the feeds originate from the network facility in Winnipeg, but are intended for the transmitters in Whitehorse and Yellowknife. The signals are not altered, according to my source, therefore are what the locals in those two locales are viewing.
