A few weeks back I was getting so many calls from their hired telemarketing firm to my cell phone that I finally asked to be removed from their call list and placed on do not call list.
This was for cell service.
Each call was to supposedly give me a "better" plan.
After telling them what I had, and what I wanted, they would claim I already had the "best" plan for my situation - without making any suggestions.
Somehow, word didn't get around at their end and the calls kept coming until asking to NOT be called was the last resort.
