You can now video or voice chat with your friends, family and colleagues right from your Android phone, whether they’re on their compatible Android tablet or phone, or using Gmail with Google Talk on their computer. You can make calls over a 3G or 4G data network (if your carrier supports it) or over Wi-Fi.
Rolling out soon to the Nexus S.

I particularly like how easily it works with Gmail/Google Talk desktop users, as well as Honeycomb devices.

No word on when it's coming to the Nexus One, but it apparently does include specific bug fixes for the Nexus One, so I would assume soon.

They seem to have disabled voice/video chat on the Nexus One; presumably due to the lack of a front facing camera.

Disappointing that they couldn't have enabled voice chat at least.
