Who has the rights to Mad Men in Canada?

Hugh, Bravo has been showing season 1 on Wed nights at 9, and CKVR and AMC Canada show season 2 on Sun nights at 10. AMC also runs it again at 11 pm on Sun, and a couple of times during the week I believe. If you haven't seen it yet, it's definitely worth a look.

what channel is ROD HD? or is it the same channel as the regular ROD?

Just one ROD. The program you choose to watch can still be in HD though. If it's in HD it will be marked

That's very cool. Who knew? Several episodes in SD and HD (your choice) on ch 100 --> TV Entertainment --> AMC Mad Men. It might be more helpful if this were a little more obvious when you arrive on ch 100 or check out the website. Oh well. The good news is they are available.

How soon after the original Sunday night airing do episodes show up in On Demand? And do they still have commercials?

If it's not too long afterwards, I might just wait and catch them OD, especially if they are in HD and commercial free.
