I just got off the phone with support and this was the speed when I tested it with them on the line:

There is definitely something wrong, so they will be sending someone out tomorrow, I hope.

I had the same problem about a month after the install, a tech was sent the next day and found the problem was on the line (didn't specify if local office or pole top) and didn't even have to come into the house but to check service.
