I have a question about the FibreOp modem. I know that the 1st LAN port goes to the router for my TV and wireless. However, I'm wondering if I wanted to reduce collisions, could I hook up another home router to another LAN port? Or better yet, hook one of my PCs directly to it?

Thanks!

You can use any of the ports on your modem/router. If by "modem" you are talking about the unit that your fiber wire is connected to, the answer is no. The only usable port on that is directly connected to your modem/router.
Don't worry about collisions unless you are using some ancient hub or NICs. Most modern equipment is full duplex auto-negotiating. Add another router if you need more ports.. but a better solution would be a 5 or 8 port switch if you just need more connections.
