I added some channels to my programing (OK, Sportsnet for tonight's Jets game) but when I try to access My PVR online from My Account at mts.ca, I cannot set the recording and get an error? The error I get is:
Error: Server was unable to process request. ---> program in epg doesn't matched passed in programId

Thoughts?

I had the same issue - I made it home in time to record it, but I had to do it "manually" - first time I'd ever seen that.

I've been having tons of problems with my TV services the past two weeks though, so I wasn't sure if it was just me.

Might have figured this out (at least a little)... chatted online with the support team and this is what I found. Even thought I have "show all subscribed channels" configured as Yes... if you do not have the channel selected in the "Customize your channel guide" section it will not show.
Thought that seemed a little weird, but guess the "customize" overwrites the "show all subscribed" functionality.
