connected everything as instructed
went to computer to activate online
while at computer the tv reception began
the moment of activation online the reception stopped

have rechecked connections and revisited activation page online

nothing brings it back

what should I do?

Call Shaw or use their online chat option. I had a similar thing happen with a PVR I was trying to activate online and while I was waiting on hold over the phone, the box turned on again. I guess it just takes some time, sometimes.
