Just a note reporting that the Access Communications phone service is down again.

Over cell phone I've been trying to reach someone at Access most of the afternoon. Hold times are EXTREMELY long. After finally getting through my first call was dumped to a voice mailbox and my second one was transferred to someone who was clearly trying to dial out and didn't want me on the line... so they disconnected me.

I finally got through to a rank and file worker who was at least direct and honest in telling me that at this time of the year nobody has any clue where the managers are or which of them is working on any given day. I had the impression it's kind of a summer camp situation for managers and nobody expects to reach them... if you do it's a lucky break.
