I have 2 9241 but only one of the phone rj 11 connection on the back of the reciever is not hanging up when the caller ID show on the screen. Every others unit are ok working fine. This all started when my calls had a busy tone but the phone(s) were all down funny but I went through all of my device(s) and found one of my 9241 not hangin' up. Now I need to know if anyone had this problem on any recievers please reply

9241 PVR telephone RJ 11 not hanging up

This happens on 9241's,hook up all cables including the phone jack, then unplug from the receiver from ac power, check and make sure the dial tone is present and plug the ac power back in. Should fix the issue.
