Can someone give me a quick answer to the following 2 questions please?

First, If I have a 6131 receiver and add an external HD does it perform that same as a stand along Bell PVR unit? In other words does it work the same as the Bell receivers that actually have their own hard-drive in them?

Second, do I assum correctly that even with the external hard-drive attached to a 6131 can I record a show on one channel while watchin a different one or am I restricted to one-thing-at-a-time?
