375$ credit in Edmonton but you have to push
The $375 credit is in Edmonton as well. I noticed that when I was at the Edmonton South Office, I asked the person there about it and initially she said $200. I then told her about others who have reported that it was $375. She started to search. I could see what she was checking and on Shaw's intranet site was a menu item called equipment. Under equipement was a link to where she found this. It was a spreadsheet where all the equipment was listed and what either the trade-in or trade-up price is. The $200 dollars is for a dct6208 trade-in.
I also found out that the DCT6412 is warrented for 3 years and apparently it is noted on the bill of sale when you buy it from shaw. If you don't see it, demand it. The dct6208 is only for one year.
Thats one reason for me thinking HARD about trading in my DCT6208.
