Not to my knowledge they do not offer this feature. I have used there HD PVR at the familys place that have Access. Maybe give them a call to be sure.
30-sec skip on Access PVR
I was vancouver, I saw that telus tv had very nice feature the 30-sec skip, it allowed me to skip thru commercials in recorded shows. When I came back I googled it, I found so many ways to program a remote to do so however none of them worked, apparently they work well on comcast boxes. I'm wondering if Access has even this feature enabled on its boxes.
