Under 6, you can get NHL Network and Leafs TV or just 3 bucks for each assuming you are in Ontario as LeafsTV is only in Ontario.

You do not have to order a package. You can pick and pay both channels

I have an HD PVR with Rogers and I live in Toronto proper and have the basic digital cable package.
