Avid Technology today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Pinnacle PCTV product line and related assets to Hauppauge Digital, Inc. Products in the Pinnacle divisions PCTV line-up of hardware include the PCTV HD mini, Pro and Ultimate Stick digital tv tuners.
