2 boxes, 1 with problems

I have 2, 8642's (with the new IPG)and one of them has a problem with constant reboots. There seems to be a pattern:

-every night at 10:00 sharp it reboots
-if I select a 'live' program to watch...

Did a quick test last night starting a recording on the 8642 and the 8300 and the 8642 does indeed start recording a few seconds later than the 8300 and after the start of a program.

late start to recordings

Has anybody noticed that the 8642 starts recording slightly after the actual start time of the program? Did not notice this on the 8300. Not sure how late it is but it is a bit annoying.

The TVHD will not play AVI files taken directly from the camera so what are my options?

Have programs set to record but when in the channel guide they should high light in red but they appear normal until you advance over them then the red high light...

you will notice that channels like ABCHD when showing SD shows still have DD5.1 output but no CC signal is present. It's been like that foe a while and as I mentioned ABCHD is the worst offender....
