I think the Bell tech was right. Just for fun I connected two of the VIP2202's by Cat5 via PowerLine adapter. All of my problems have disappeared. As long as Power Line works I have a solution!

Last night during the WJ hockey game the feed was unwatchable. We tried on two different TV's attached to the VIP2202's. Pixelation constantly, lost connections at least 4 times in about 8 minutes....
