A fluid one, would technically be the best choice for quietness.. as there is no friction per say :) Never owned one myself.. not sure on the lifespan of them (if the fluid wears out, etc)....

I think the two, are essentially the same thing.. just the wifi go has the wifi support for boards with the wifi connection.
