Channel freezing.

Since I am new on this forum please if the problem ever rised I am sorry and don't know yet how the forum work. Anyway here is my problem. One (and only one) channel freeze every 3 to 5 minutes for a second or 2, repeat 2 or 3 time and goes OK for another 3 to 5 minutes. This is only on channel 1396 (My38), on all the receivers. I phoned Bell and after the connect and disconnect for nothing they told me they are working on it, the usual easy way out. Does anybody has the same problem? It did it a year ago and disappear and now it is back. Thanks.

PS:Sorry, I forgot to add that I am with Bell Fibe with a cable pair connection from the fibe with a 2000 modem in the Montreal south shore area. Thanks

PPS:And again am sorry it is on Channel 1296 (My38) not 1396.....little nervous I guess. Hopefully this will be complete and understandable. Thks again.

I just checked out TV 38 on my 3000 hub, I think it's called, and I found no picture freezing problems.

Strangely anough yesterday my 2000 went down and as I could see it was rebooting by itself. After getting all up for curiosity I went to channel 296 and everything was now working fine. I guest they made an upgrade to the receiver and fix the problem....a first for me. But I am still wandering why they would do this around 19:00 hres the busiest time, but I will not complain. Thks Waterug for reply and everyone readind me. Now I am looking on how to close a thread....Thks again.

You can't close a thread! It just withers away and dies! Who knows, six months from now, someone else will have the same problem?:smile
