tvmaster Two feeds in HD for Comedy, just like the SD days? That would be good, but at least one on a F-satellite would be better...for travelers and all...

LONSat @tvmaster Shaw Broadcast added CTV Comedy West HD recently, I would put my money on that. But is on G1 so it will not be available to all

Thank you for pointing out Canal Savior, it'll be fixed Monday to proper HD.
A trick? Hmmm. Sounds enticing. Maybe moving NTV to an F-bird? Or is it more, Spokane radio chatter....

daboys1215 Not sure if this is the right thread for this but for the last 2 weeks on Saturday the Big Ten Network overrun channels now on 320 -322 doesn't show the game advertised. The main game on 319 is fine but last week on 486 and today on 320 is just a black screen.

Bayguy Jocasta and TVmaster we did not ask for Nat'l channels they just came a couple days ago. We only have one rcvr. I have the new channel list PDF so I knew where to look for the news channels but we can't get them. Like LONsat said we should be okay in a few days, I just wanted to make sure of that. It was just a surprise b'cuz I thought nothing would change until those chans moved to the F birds.

(This is kind of a "southern" problem but it's mostly about the channel changes so I put it in this thread.)

LONSat If you can live with it as is for a few days. I expect the channel maps will be updated by Wednesday and those channels will reappear from an F bird They will be in dual feed on the 23rd and the Std Def drops on the 25th. Every other step has executed as published so a little patience is required. The only channel that will probably disappear is Canal Savoir. Shaw Broadcast uploaded some new charts today showing the HD version will go to G1.

Bayguy, did you do anything to make the change, or did all your receivers just reset automatically? Also, did you check those CBC and CTV news channels to see if you have a feed yet?

Jocasta1 CBC News is on 255, CTV News is on 256 and all of the other news channels go on from there up to 263.

JasperJoe Unfortunately my Survivor recording WAS pointed at an SD channel but changed it to HD so it should work now.

rauschpfeife This is purely informational. We have 3 x 600 tuners on the Advanced Lineup. I don't believe my email address is on file at Shaw - I never get any emails from them. From what I have been reading here, I wasn't expecting to have my lineups converted this week.

Yesterday (Sep 19) one of our tuners automatically converted to the National Lineup, but the others did not. We have plenty of signal on all channels on all receivers so I doubt that was an issue. I called in and the CSR was not interested in helping. I requested that the other two tuners be switched over, but was told I would have to wait until Sep 25 or have a technician dispatched. I didn't have time to argue further or play CSR roulette, so I'll just wait and hope this clears up on its own. I'm in the same position as tvmaster with Sage, so this is a bit of pain in the neck.

k801809 As long as your recording is not scheduled specifically for an MPEG-2 SD channel, you'll be fine!

JasperJoe Just hope I don't miss the season premier of Survivor next Wednesday. That would be a disaster and the first one we've ever missed.

LONSat Spokane Radio stations are scheduled to drop next week on the 25th along with the final block of Std Def duplicates. Usually channels changes happen around 10am ET.
