Dr.Dave Global will air the Olympics episode of Superstore on Tuesday, September 13 in advance of the season 2 premiere on Thursday, September 22. The episode is also available now for online viewing or on the Global GO app, without sign-in until August 27 or sign in to watch until September 22.

Dr.Dave It looks like Global quietly picked up Better Late Than Never, premiering Tuesday, August 23 at 10PM in simulcast with NBC. I saw a promo for the four-episode series last night on Global, so I double-checked the schedule.

I also noticed that Global isn't showing the Superstore episode that NBC has scheduled during the games. Running Wild with Bear Grylls isn't on Global's schedule either.

Dr.Dave The award-winning investigative news program 16X9 has not been renewed for another season, Global News announced Tuesday. Corus will establish a new, network investigations unit to work with local teams across all platforms, including radio. Carolyn Jarvis, the current host of 16X9, will join the new team as its Chief Investigative Correspondent. Source.

reidw All very well and good for those who don't have access to the US channels but wouldn't it be nice if Global had let their viewers know about this while the credits were rolling on that last episode before the interruption? It would be an well appreciated courtesy to their audience.

I'd make the same request to CTV who have just completed a very disjointed season of Masterchef Canada. You never knew from week to week if it was going to be shown or pre-empted. Not the best way to build a loyal audience.

Dr.Dave Now that Houdini & Doyle is ending, Global will put The Night Shift back on the schedule on Monday July 11 at 9:00PM ET, playing catchup with episode Three-Two-One S03, E04 (First Aired: June 22, 2016.)

Dr.Dave Global has scheduled Season 4 of Vikings starting Tuesday July 5 at 9:00PM ET for those people who weren't able to see it on History this past winter.

sherds They really seem to treat their viewers with a healthy dose of disdain . You would think that with a live website they could say when or if Night Shift is coming back but they seem to have removed the program altogether. TV schedulers must be missing the civility gene .

Dr.Dave I checked the schedule and noticed that when American Gothic premieres on Wednesday, June 22 at 10 pm, Global is dropping The Night Shift from the schedule altogether, rather than finding a new spot for it. NBC will continue with The Night Shift in the 10 pm slot.

jeffaustin90 Ahh okay, yeah that makes sense then. The 7pm option would work until midseason, when Big Brother Canada comes back at 7pm. Although they could easily just have a Monday episode instead of a Sunday episode and keep The Simpsons at 7pm.
