PVR Recording Symbols

Anyone know where I can find the list of various recording symbols that show up so I can see what they mean?

Came home today and there was what looked like a cassette with a line through it? Have no idea what it means! The recording is there and it was 1:02 in length but when we selected it to watch it would not play?
