What about it? It;s just a bar scale in both cases, similar to a cell phone.
To my knowledge, neither displays strength in dBm, or SNR in decibels if that's what ur lookin for?
For that you need to use a computer based tuner and linux.

Actually my roku tv can display db and snr information from its hidden tuner menu, but the LG bar is all you really need for aiming.
