Except WNYO will now have a very directional signal away from Canada to protect RF 16 for City Woodstock. So WNYO coverage in Canada will be sharply reduced.City-2 is getting protection for RF 16 and 31.

You’re right!
It’s crazy!
WNYO’s new pattern is very directional with only a tiny fraction of its signal escaping to the north and west. All likely to protect CITY that’s not there on 16. Yet WNED is to have powerful omni signal on same frequency as CITY.

Agreed, folks in Brantford may end up losing both in this scenario.

For me, I like baseball but I'm not sure the odd Yankee game would be worth losing PBSKids on 17.3 - it's probably the most watched channel overall on our TV.

Why is there no entry in the FCC database for WUHF? Are they surrendering their licence and piggy-backing with someone else?

WNYO will put out less than 1KW to the West.
So yeah CITY has effectively knocked out two US stations in that region of southwestern Ontario.

As long as CIII-2 in Bancroft doesn't move to 11, I think CKWS could stay there.

I believe that channel 56 out of buffalo will be moving from rf17 to rf 11 so ciii will still have to move rf 13 or they will interfere with each other
