Here is the wiki for voip.ms, listing all of the compatible Devices:
https://wiki.voip.ms/article/Devices

You probably want to look for an "ATA" [Analog Telephone Adapter] which have RJ-11 plug(s) that can be plugged into your House Phone Wiring System [typically 2-lines, with different Phone Numbers, on standard 4-Wire Phone Cable]....with the Cordless [typ. 2-line] Phones's Base Station [with Answering Machine functionality] plugged into ANY of your house's Phone Jacks. The TWO RJ-11 plugs on the ATA can usually also be configured, with one connected directly to Cordless Phone Base Station and the other RJ-11 plug connected to House Phone Wiring Wall Jack (but only ONE line would be active).

Note that "ATA" come in two configurations: Stand-Alone (Interfaces to your Existing Router via direct Ethernet connection) or INTEGRATED (ATA functionality is BUILT-IN to a VOIP Enabled Wi-Fi Router or Router w/o Wi-Fi). You may ALREADY have one or the other....

Linksys PAP2T is just ONE Example "ATA" that Interfaces to your Existing Router:

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/t...vga/pap2t/administration/guide/pap2t_user.pdf

And there are LOTS of Cordless Phones with Answering Machine functionality to chose from:

It looks like joe123 wants a VoIP phone with built in voicemail. Unless there is something available I didn't find, the only way to do this is with an ATA and an analog phone with voicemail. I would use the VoIP.ms voicemail features with a VoIP phone. Having voicemail on site may have some uses not met by VoIP.ms voicemail. If archiving is needed, VoIP.ms voice to email would do that.
