Hi all, I have installed our MJ Go directly to our modem and to our GE 28300 2-in-1 internet phone as we turn off our desktop when not in use.The MJ does not work when the computer is off. Callers can hear us, but we can barely hear them. I have tried it with our old analog phone and the sound is fine. What can I do to optimize the sound? I have tried a different phone cord to no avail. I have tried the MJ lengthy chat to no avail either. They had me remove the batteries, and unplug everything and then reconnect. What else can I try. We are next to canceling, but then what?
