N95 web browsing

hey im looking for a little clarification as to the web browsing capabilities of the N95 8Gb. I heard that you don't have full access to content on the web just a service that rogers offers? I will be getting a contract from rogers.
Any clarification would be greatly appreciated

thanks

No!

Be sure you are browsing through Rogers portal. Otherwise, you're going to get dinged for data use to the tune of $10/MB!

the rogers portal is simply just the rogers default home page, you can easily go to any other wap or web site from there and stil be included in your bundle

Not quite. I was under the same impression that I could browse internet until I got text message warning from Rogers that I incurred $75 for data usage. You have to go through Vision portal only. And they allow only wap sites only under this $7 plan. I got this info from Rogers Data department. Everyone is confused about this internet thing. Even Rogers customer service, Rogers Stores, everyone is confused. If you want to enable email, you have to subscribe for extra $5 email service then you can configure it under Rogers Mobile mail.

your feathering or running third party apps.. that is not the same thing.. just stick to browsing "on the phones built in browser" which is what your data plan includes
