The specs on the note 5 to me were underwhelming. This prompted me to go to the Nexus 6P. I had originally thought I might hold on until the s7... After seeing the specs and reading the reviews, I'm still beyond thrilled with my decision. I can't see myself leaving Nexus line anytime soon.

I care more about software quality than hardware quality, and as such, I don't see myself getting a non-Nexus Android phone anytime soon.

Samsung make some pretty solid hardware. Unfortunately, their software is a net liability. That said, Samsung has been doing better (lately) when it comes to rapidly updating their phones with newer versions of Android. But they're still way behind Nexus phones in that department.

Frankly, Android has a lot of maturing to do on the software updates and distribution front.

Actaully it probably helps the consumer who wants a new phone since the phones that get returned will go on sale as refurbished for less than new.. I keep very good care of all my tech so i dont feel i ever return a bad phone. I should say, i dont buy EVERY new phone, just the ones that peak my interest.. I wont be buying the new LG phone cause this samsung is just so damn good..
I also sell alot of my tech on ebay and Kijiji..
