is a Chinese electronics company less that 10 years old.
Its name started making rounds when Secrets' gave its DVD player a higher rating than the Denons and Pioneers priced 3-4 times more.
And it established itself as the best value optical player after Lexicon literally
put their BD player in its own casing and charged $3000 more!
This was the final nail in the coffin of US OEM: they were not only impotents, they were crooks...
Oppo is doing smartphones now.
And just like with optical players, you can't buy their wares in the local BestBuy or corner electronics shop.
But if you do run across one of their phones, you will probably not regret ever giving them a chance to be your daily driver...
