Recently went from Windows Phone to Android (LG G4). Great hardware - beautiful phone. But aside from the obvious app gap, I just don't see why Android is so adored - the o/s seems "messy". Don't get me wrong - I'm thoroughly enjoying the experience - but WP seems to be a much better as a base o/s than Android is (imho of course)

I have had Android phones for 5 years and am quite happy with them. My current work phone is an iPhone 6 and previously had a Blackberry Bold. After those 2, I appreciated Android even more.

I haven't lost my mind. It's around here...somewhere...

I've been using Android since the original Samsung Galaxy S, so I'm definitely used to the quirks. For me, Android is all about customization. Whether it's a simple thing of changing how my home screen looks, to rooting and installing custom roms, I find Android does what I want. Other platforms just seem too limiting for me now.

Right now I'm using an ASUS Zenfone 2 (4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage) and am liking it a lot. Battery isn't the best, but considering it charges rather quickly due to Quick Charge 2.0 support, I don't mind it as much.

Sent from my Golden Zenfone 2

I've been using the Moto G for two years and I'm very happy with it. I have the 16 GB model, it came with KitKat and upgraded to Lollipop earlier this year. It was only $250 unlocked, has decent hardware specs, does everything I want, and has good battery life.

I'll be trying out the new Moto X Play later this week. Going to be the first Motorola device since the RAZR v3.

Upgraded since I voted BlackBerry, but I'm still on BlackBerry. Z10 -> Z30. Couldn't be happier.

Switched since I voted. Tried HTC but that didn't work out. Ended up with LG. The LG is good value.

So far I'm fairly happy with the Moto. A few lag/stutter issues, but I can tolerate it for the battery and camera performance

After three years of my SIII living a really rough life, it finally bit the dust. I was so happy with it though that I stuck with Samsung and bought the Note Edge last week. Unlocked of course. And man am I loving it. The battery life is impressive and I'm loving the S-Pen.

Going back to 1996, I've had many a phone.
Since the Smart phone era, 3....HTC Desire, Sam GSIII, and just recently an Asus ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML).
I really liked the HTC but it was out dated quickly.
Had two GSIIIs, got one at the tail end of the 3yr. contract era with Rogers.
It was replaced via Rogers insurance plan about 15 months into the contract as it kept re-booting on it's own.
The 2nd GSIII lasted very well through some horrific drops and tosses towards the floor.

Now month to month with a Rogers service plan after buying the Asus brand new.
So far I love it. Still getting it tweaked the way I want it.

I voted a long time ago in this poll but I wish to change my vote to LG (Lucky Goldstar) as I've had great success with this brand, much better than samsung has treated me. Plus all the TV's in my house are LG, my Blue Ray player is LG, my DVD Burner is LG, etc. I prefer to stick to the same brand if I've had no issues.
