MAX latency issue with HD
Howdy - I posted a while back regarding the audio and video not matching up on Max's HD channels. A reply suggested to reboot the PVR. That never worked. So.. I finally got a Sasktel rep to my home and he discovered the problem. I was listening to the audio of Max through my analog stereo. As soon as I put the sound back directly through the TV, all the latency problems went away. The problem is the speakers in my TV are horrible. Sasktel said it was likely my stereo and if I got a proper surround sound system that I wouldn't have a problem. Do you think they're right?
