On-Demand Issues

Anyone experiencing on-demand issues in the Sudbury area or anywhere else for that matter? Just regular HBO/TMN On-Demand. I first noticed on Sunday as I tried to play a movie, that there'd be lots of artifacts and sound issues that made it unwatchable. Tried it again today, same issue, and I think it might have even been worse.
