JC, I think maybe Chioru's remark was meant more to show his disappoinment with the fact that there are no new English channels than that there are new French channels. Nevertheless, I'll let him/her answer to that.

I for one am glad that there are more French channels, although I must admit I don't watch them too often. The more HD programing, the better. I couldn't understand how Videotron expected to promote their HD service to their majority Francophone clients with only 1 or 2 HD channels. Definitely a step in the right direction.

My only complaint is that now there are more channels cluttering the guide. I know I'm beating a dead horse but they gotta find a way to hide non-subscribed channels. Or at least highlight the ones we subscribe to.

darn it, will we ever get MPIX HD???

I would actually pay extra for it. I have MPIX as part of my A La Carte package but I barely watch it because it kills me to know I should be getting them in HD.

I have TMN HD and everytime I get the monthly guide I can't help but check out all the movies playing on MPIX in HD.

If only Bell wasn't so much more expensive...

I've sent a message to Videotron and don't expect to see TCM any time soon.
Their reply was simple, not enough request for that. I guess they think people who likes classic and vintage movies are well served with second rate Silver Screen Classics. I really don't like that corporate videotron.
