Does anybody use the Illico Web remote recorder function? For the past 3 or 4 days, I cannot access it at all, and I have tried on three separate accounts on people living in completely different parts of Montreal, using three different models of PVR. I have tried from many different computers. In all cases, it takes a very long time to log in to the program guide, then when I go to My Recordings, I get a red error message saying Connection Failed.
Videotron tech support claims they haven't heard of any outages, but how could I be experiencing this on so many accounts simultaneously?
Please let me know if you are also having this problem so I have something I can refer Videotron to. Thanks!
