Question Bell 5900 PVR Help Request

Hi all, new here.

When I perform a VCO diagnostics, I get the message that the test is in progress but it appears to hang and eventually the tv screen just goes blank (Black). To get back to a fully functional receiver, it must be power cycled. Has anyone seen this before and how long should this test take?

The first question I have is why are you trying to run this test? what issues did you experience prior to the test?
