Does anyone know of anywhere I can get this online? It seems to be widely available in the US but no where to be found in Canada. None of my local stores have it, so I thought I would look online. All Canadian stores say its not in stock and when i try to buy it from an American store it says "we can't ship this item internationally". The only places I can find it is Ebay and Amazon at largely inflated prices and outrageous shipping costs. any suggestions?

If nothing else, you could go to toysrus.ca and click "Email me" and then they will email you when this is back in stock.

Have you tried redoctane's store? That's where I ordered my PS2 version from.

No more than playing Project Gotham Racing will negatively impact your driving. As a guitarist of some 25 years who has also played Guitar Hero, trust me. Go ahead and get the game.

In fact it might inspire him to buckle down with the real deal.

Not significantly, if he's playing for real as well.

Take the game for what it is - a terrific game. And enjoy!

They had lots of copies at my local EB games today.

I assume by my observation and JG's comment that any shortages have disappeared

I think he is referring to the bundle with the guitar. The game itself is widely available.

I was indeed referring to the bundle for the 360.

There is still a shortage in at least parts of Toronto. My closest EB Games received 3 Guitar/Game bundles on Friday morning and by Friday afternoon they were gone. My backup - a Zellers where I had also seen a few bundles a couple of weeks ago was also sold out. Lots of PS2 bundles though.

Luckily I found a little used game/guitar bundle at the next closest location.

The new Xplorer guitar takes a bit of getting used to.

If you can afford it, two guitars is a MUST for this game. The co-op feature is insanely fun... the weaker player (usually me) should play the bass part, while the stronger player (my girlfriend ) plays the lead guitar.

And for 360 owners, Red Octane has said the next batch of DLC is coming in JULY.

I'm holding off on getting a second 360 controller until GH III arrives. I want that Les Paul!

I had two for the PS2, and that truly is the way to go with GH II.
