I just picked up a an EVGA 7600GS. The price is very good and the performance is impressive (for an AGP card.) I was using a 9800 AIW. The ATI hardware and drivers have so many problems with dual displays it's pathetic. The ATI drivers are just plain broken since v5.1, basically making the card obsolete before its time (which was shortly after I bought it.) I am still using the ATI 9800 for HTPC. Picture quality is good and it works well enough but will probably switch it to the 7600 at some future date. The 7600 is also a lot quieter than the 9800. The 9800 requires a third party cooler, where the 7600s stock cooler is quiet enough.
