My Free Range TV isn't working anymore on my iPad. My iOS is 9.3.5. Is there an older version of Free Range that'll work with my iOS?

Why have you not upgraded your iPadOS? We're now up to 12 or 13 depending on the age of your iPad. It's important to keep your iOS up to date to prevent hacking and to ensure that your iPad is compatible with current Apps, etc.

It will only update to 9.3.6. It's an older device. That's why I need an older version of the app.

It must be old. I have an iPad Air (A1474) from 2013/14 and it's updated to 12.4.2. I'm not sure it's possible to find older versions of apps once they have updated.

Yesterday I updated one of my apps and don't like that it's now identical to the "phone" app and only works in portrait mode... I had a quick look around and couldn't find an iPad version of the app any more...

Unfortunately, older stuff isn't officially supported any more. My iPhone 5S (2013/14) is also now officially unsupported even though it works just fine for what I need it. I'll probably have to replace it next year.

I'm writing this on a Mac Mini from 2012 and I also use a MacBook Pro from 2010 whenever I travel. I've been looking into replacements for all of these items and will do that when I have to and probably not before.

There are some online repositories of older version of apps files (.iap). Side loading them might be more difficult unless you have an old version of iTunes that still has the capabilities of handling apps. Also you don't know what you are downloading when you find an older iap file. Even if you find the right iap file and load it you may find that it is no longer be supported by Shaw. Between the old operating system and old app you may find that you still can't login and authenticate on Free Range.
