Looking for simple Movie library software

I am running Xp Home on a P4 and would like to find some software to help me catalog my movies on my HD. I would like something really simple to organize movies with covers and info like genre, actors and synopsis.

I have tried meedio ultimate and found it to have way to many options. I don't need the net, audio or pvr functions or any other features it provides aside from video. I had some trouble with it crashing my system also.

I also tried media portal and found it a bit complicated too and it tried to do too much. As well it didn't tag my movies right.

I need it to - organize my movies with info from imdb preferably
- use an external player so I can use whatever dvd software I want
- be simple and not try to do too much.

Any suggestions??

I appreciate your input.

Collectorz.com

Very simple to use, queries whatever online db's you want, has the ability to get more complex if you choose to go that route.
I found this software simple, solid and easy to use, I highly recommend.

I use DVD Profiler here:

It is very good, and best of all, it is free.

Any of these catalog programs include the ability to launch the movie, if it is on your hard drive, from the main menu?

With the exception of MyMovies the other software doesn't seem to have a way to play the movie only catalogue it.

I only have XP so my MOvies is not an option for me.
