Which Fusion Model do you have? There are at least three versions that I know of.

Panasonic 65ZT60 | Pioneer Elite PRO-730HD | Marantz SR8200 | Elite DV-59AVi | Mirage OM series | Custom HTPC

And ... what motherboard? There will be a series of connectors on the motherboard for "Power LED", "HDD LED", etc.

It would help if you said which connectors are still not connected (names on tags or number of pins, wire colors, etc.) The LED needs software to make it work. Some media software will support LED displays directly but it usually needs to be configured. There may also be required software and drivers that came with the case. Software and driver updates are often available from the case maker and/or LED maker.

I have the Fusion Black 430, which has a different LCD screen than the original fusion in silver. If you have the "V2" silver version, it may have the same blue-on-blue LCD that I have. The screen is terrible and it's well documented on the web. Antec may be offering RMAs on the screen, but I haven't got one yet. I'm still looking into it.

I recently RMA'd my LCD display on the Fusion Black 430. I'm still waiting for the new unit...hopefully this week. Antec said it had to reship a new one because the first replacement was damaged in shipping.

Will keep you posted when I get the new one back and how it's working.

There is a recent review for that on Tomshardware.
