You use an HDMI cable, VGA cable , or VGA to HDMI converter box and appropriate cables to hook it up, depending on if your TV has VGA or not, or computer has VGA and/or or HDMI.

That will let you watch what you stream as HD or have as HD files, in HD on your TV.

hd sports

Thanks for your reply.I have my PC hooked to my Tv with VGA cable. But the quality is not even digital quality..Now the signals all come from Europe and then back to here, maybe that has something to do with it.I will try a hookup with
HdMi cable alone..Actually the signal oringinate in North America then to Europe and back again..I have a fairly new Sharp 46" and a HP i5 desktop.I move the desktop in front of tv when watching MMA or Boxing..Maybe to much info but
Im retired with not much to do..Thanking again,I'll will keep trying.Good luck to you in whatever you do..

VGA should do.

I will add it is up to the channel to also provide HD. How you connect your TV will not change a provider that provides only SD.
