If it's anywhere as good as BoB, I know what I'll be getting on DVD (or HD-DVD).

HBO has never aired a bad mini-series.

Wow that is great news. I just finished Band of Brothers. Probably the best thing I have seen on DVD.

Had my eye on this title ever since I heard about its possibility a few years back. Looking forward to it very much.

Along with Gettysburg and Firefly this probably my most watched dvd's.
It was just so well done. It will be hard to equal.
I got to share the viewing experience with my father before he past.
He was an engineers and a member of the airborne all post WWII.
He was too young for active service but missed Korea by the flip
of a coin. Half of his group went to Chilliwack the other to Korea.
He enjoyed watching the series.
I think we just got past the replacements episode before my visit ended.
The one thing I remember was his reaction after one episode was we had better to watch
it during daylight hours as he had nightmares after we had stayed up late
to watch one episode.

BoB really put a thurst into the casts career after. It been interesting watching their progress.
I think Grimes (malarky) is the guy I see the most as he a regular on ER.
Ron Livingston (nixon) is now on a fox called Standoff which has just been renewed
for the season after Sex in the city and a few other appearances.
Mcdonough (buck compton) probably has been on the most Major network tv series
that have been cancelled and really had a chance of making it. Boomtown (which was
pretty good) also starring Wahlberg (Lipton) and Medical Investigation.
It seems where ever Mcdonough goes BoB cast will follow as many guest starred on both
of these shows. FJH (wild bill) and Michael Cudlitz (bull) included. These also share
common producer, writer, and casting directors as BOB.
Eion Bailey (Webster) has definitely made the rounds ER, Csi's without a trace.
Webster a writer also a penned a book about his experinces (easy) which I have read.
The one actor who didnt benefit as much (in america anyway) from his appearance on BoB that
I would like to see more of would be Damien Lewis (winters).
Most have benefited moviewise.
Ross McCall (liebgott) biggest success so far is landing Jennifer Love Hewitt as
a girlfriend after appearing in Ghost Whisper.

"Band of Brothers" is a classic ... one of the best television series ever produced. I cannot wait for the new one.

WOW TV is here! NTSC RIP!
