Today, ABC announced black-ish will join the network's Wednesday night lineup when the 2020-2021 prime-time schedule premieres. The previously announced new comedy Call Your Mother will debut later in the season. (Source)

ABC has given a six-episode back order to Black-ish, bringing the order to 21 episodes, which constitutes a full season order, with a potential for more. The series originally received a 15-episode midseason order before it was moved to the fall schedule. (Deadline)
