Madam Secretary - weekly show - CBS & Global

New show, Sunday evenings.

Sunday evenings, 8-9 PM EST I think. CBS and Global.

Madam Secretary

[ = U.S. Secretary of State - played by Tea Leoni ]

I've watched a couple episodes so far.

So far - pretty good - I like. Seems well done / acted.

Anyone else seen? Like ? Comments.

I recommend - watch - if you like that sort of politico drama.

Very much enjoying the show .The relationship between tia leoni and tim daly is wonderfully fresh as is the rest of their family and the supporting cast are all excellent . ratings so far are half decent but may not be enough for renewal .

I am enjoying it as well. Though no real continuing story line. The sudden death of George didn't go past episode 2

I wonder if it will get picked up for a full season.
Tv by the numbers has it listed as: toss up between renewal or cancellation

I have a photographic memory, trouble is most times the lens cap is on.

The George motif will i am sure continue and her husband's second job may play into that as well .

And, they worked in a scene showing off Ms. Leoni's eight-handicap....more of that

I continue to watch it but I find it a bit light compared to the West Wing.

Well Sorkin can be a pretty great writer and the West wing started in an era when the level of cynicism towards politics , politicians and government was at least a couple of magnitudes lower than what it is today.
