This article suggests that A&E is moving to shows that they make themselves and more unscripted type shows . The Glades and Longmire were done by outside studios as i believe Bates Motel is but i believe Bates is doing better in the ratings .http://deadline.com/2014/08/longmire...ewhere-826379/
Shopping shows around after cancellation does not seem to be too productive but who knows , Netflix picked up the Killing and it might work for Longmire .

The Glades was not so bad.

Longmire was a good show. I hope they find another place to continue it.

In the mean time, the Longmire books are excellent. Different than the TV series, so reading the books are NOT a spoiler for the series.

One of the few decent shows on A&E along with Bates Motel. The original people must be excited to see what their Arts and Entertainment channel has become. Good time to remove from my favorites list.

Wow, that sure was a cliffhanger, wasn't it....?

Well, if the producers of the show are shopping it around to other cable networks, then maybe we will see a Season 4 of Longmire after all.....just not on A&E.
