Since Big Brother: After Dark isn't available in Canada, it would be great if Global Reality Channel picked it up.

I doubt that Global Reality Channel will have it as well. Even if they aired it on tape delay with commercials and edited if need be I'd be happy.

It would be great if Global Reality picked up Big Brother UK. I can't understand why none of the specialty channels have had the insight to air it on this side of the big pond.

Base on what I've seen on TV when I worked in Europe, any European BB will probably have to be shown "after dark" or heavily censored.

heavily censored? Is it uncensored over there like Showtime's Big Brother After Dark?

Another great show would be Britain's Got Talent.

IMO, Big Brother After Dark and online feeds have been getting enough commercials and editing (camera switchout and blockout) already to a point of mostly frustration. When some potential good stuff is coming up, they would even switch camera to an empty room instead of showing the good stuff. I think the last time BBAD had some nice coverage was BB9 (or 8?) when they had a swimsuit day where everybody had to wear swimsuit for a day. It turned out to be a wild night where a couple of the girls put on some stripper shows and lap dances (one of the girls was a stripper) and some skinny dipping. Since everybody was in the same room, BBAD had no excuse to switch camera out to an empty room. Most other time, BBAD and online feeds are a waste of time and lots of frustration, unlike what I've seen BB on TV in Europe.

Not only uncensored, but they would zoom in on "the good stuff" instead of switching out camera to an empty room.

Yeah, BGT would be a great one. But even if Global Reality show them, I doubt they'll do current season. IIRC, Fox Reality in the US did some foreign reality game shows, but they weren't current seasons.

While we are at it, I remember in Switzerland I watched some weekly magazine-type shows when they had an item where they would go ask random girls in the public to perform certain tasks (like bowling or fueling up the car) topless for cash (no, not the pornographic nature that Americans would associate but more like comedic in nature). Now THAT I'd call "reality" show. With the American culture on this side of the world, I don't think those will ever air on TV, not even paid cable TV.

There's Canadian Idol, So You Think You Can Dance Canada, Are You Smarter Than a Canadian 5th Grader, Deal or No Deal Canada, etc, so I wonder if there's any plans for a Big Brother Canada?

One interesting thing about BB After Dark is that on GRC's Facebook page, they have a poll asking what shows would you like to see on GRC, and one of the 3 options is BB After Dark. So, maybe it is a possibility.
