Telus 25 Mbps internet?

I asked the tech installing my PVR today what is the maximum speed copper wires are capable of (in Vancouver). He says that Telus will be shortly rolling out 25 Mbps service, but this won't be IPTV-compatible initially.

Look at this thread.

BTW ADSL2+ which is what Telus is running is capable of 24Mbps and only 80% is available to the head end, which is 18Mbps. Telus has a new Turbo package which if your the ideal candidate, youll get 15Mbps. No IPTV.
