When will the changes take affect. I'm on BB50 and just tested 3up

Never mind, I just looked on the Shaw site and it says a modem reset may be required. I'll try that later.

Awesome! I just switched to Internet 60 yesterday.

(Granted, I wish I'd seen the tweet about Internet issues right now - power cycled my modem to activate the higher speed and it won't connect).

I'm sure it'll be fixed soon

Thanks for the Info,I've been waiting for some time for Shaw to increase the upload speed.
It will make it so much better for uploading more Kat videos

I've been waiting for higher upload speeds for a while, but they didn't touch any of the low end plans that really suffer.

it sure is annoying being stuck on 20 mbs down if I want to go any faster then we have to change everything that we are paying for and would cost a lot more money

I'm on Internet 60 and my download speed just tests at 56 (which is very acceptable given it's primetime). However, my upload speed is still 3 mbps.

What a strange world we live in where one needs to pay more money for faster service.

I think mike10 has a grandfathered plan that includes TV & Internet in one "promo" package or something, because upgrading Internet shouldn't normally affect TV packages/pricing). Even if the TV package is no longer offered, there shouldn't normally be an issue.
