Does the problem happen on the TV connected directly to the PVR or one of the other TVs? If you can perform the actions directly on the PVR, then there may be a problem with the connection to the other TV.
You can try resetting everything, by unplugging the power to your modem, PVR and all the other MTS TV boxes. Then plug in the modem and wait about 2 minutes for it to establish the connection. Next plug in the PVR and wait about 2 minutes. You should be able to see when it is ready by looking at the TV screen. Finally you can plug in all the other MTS boxes.
If you still have the problem, there could be a more serious problem. If so, let us know how your boxes are connected - Ethernet cable, coax cable or wireless.
